Our story
The Narrative Shifts
LSU President William Tate’s departure, growing pressure against DEI and student engagement programs, and the closure of Unity Field have deepened concerns among many students of color about whether they will continue to feel supported, represented, and connected on campus.
First Conversations
A group of concerned students posts the semi-infamous "LSU has failed black students" post, which detailed how supports for students of color at LSU in Baton Rouge had decreased while minority enrollment steadily increased.
Building the Pipeline
TIger Trailride recruits over seventy passionate students to its mission who develop initial ideas and programs to be launched in Fall 2026.
A Growing Movement
100+ members and rising, redefining what belonging and excellence look like on campus.
